What WorkChoose currently collects

WorkChoose does not provide user accounts, comments, or newsletters. Measurements entered into fit tools are processed in your browser; the measurements themselves are not sent to or stored by WorkChoose. We record page paths, broad fit-result categories, internal calls to action, and clicks on merchant links so we can understand which guides and recommendations are useful. These events do not include an account ID, email address, entered measurement, or the full destination URL. WorkChoose stores a random anonymous visitor ID in local browser storage and a random session ID in session storage so page views can be de-duplicated into visitor and session counts. The IDs are first-party, are not shared with an analytics provider, and do not identify you by name; clearing browser storage removes them. Raw event records are retained for up to 30 days for operational analysis.

Contact messages

If you use the contact form, WorkChoose stores the email address, optional name, selected topic, message, and submission time you provide so the editorial team can review and respond to the inquiry. Contact submissions are not used for newsletters or sold to third parties. Raw submissions are retained for up to 90 days unless a longer period is needed to resolve the request or meet a legal obligation.

Basic server records

Like most websites, the hosting server may temporarily record technical request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp, and response status for operation and troubleshooting.

External and affiliate links

Links can take you to third-party merchant sites. Those sites have their own privacy and cookie practices. If commission-tracked links are introduced, the relevant network or merchant may use a referral identifier or cookie to attribute a purchase.
