The source files behind the fit tools.

Download the structured comparison data used by WorkChoose's walking-pad, standing-desk, and portable-monitor charts. Every row keeps its field names, source trail, date, and caveat visible so another reader can check the same decision boundary.

Three datasets, with the unknowns left in.

A row count is the number of records below the header in each CSV. The field categories show exactly what the file contains; they are not a promise that every field is populated for every model.

01

Walking pads dataset

Walking-pad comparison data

Exact WalkingPad and UREVO model rows for screening body fit, belt room, speed, published capacity, machine weight, folding, controls, and caveats.

19

data rows

Last reviewed
September 4, 2026. This is a dated snapshot; WorkChoose does not promise an automatic refresh schedule.
Official source boundary
WalkingPad and UREVO US product pages; row caveats preserve where a linked official manual or quick-start guide changes the interpretation. Each row keeps its source URL field so a citation can point to the exact model or configuration.

Field categories

Identity & provenance

model, brand, checked_on

Product sources

official_product_url, comparison_url

Body & belt

body_length_in, body_width_in, body_height_in, belt_length_in, belt_width_in

Speed & load

minimum_speed_mph, maximum_speed_mph, published_capacity_lb, machine_weight_lb

Storage & controls

folds, folded_length_in, folded_width_in, folded_height_in, controls

Evidence boundary

caveat

Known limitations

  • The dimensions are manufacturer-published outside dimensions unless a field says belt; outside height is not a deck or standing-surface measurement.
  • Capacity and weight can be variant-specific or internally inconsistent. The row preserves the selected value and explains the conflict in caveat.
  • The file does not establish noise, durability, walking comfort, delivered fit, or safe operation under your desk. WorkChoose did not hands-on test these machines.
02

Standing desks dataset

Standing-desk comparison data

Exact desk configurations for screening finished and frame height, desktop size, frame geometry, motors, leg layout, and separate published load labels.

Official source boundary
Sunaofe, Branch, UPLIFT Desk, FlexiSpot, and Vari product pages, specification sheets, manuals, warranty pages, and returns pages where listed in the row source_urls field. Each row keeps its source URL field so a citation can point to the exact model or configuration.

Field categories

Identity & use case

id, name, merchant, product_slug, variant, focus

Height & desktop

finished_min_height_in, finished_max_height_in, frame_min_height_in, frame_max_height_in, desktop_width_min_in, desktop_width_max_in, desktop_depth_min_in, desktop_depth_max_in, desktop_size_label

Frame geometry

inner_clearance_in, frame_width_min_in, frame_width_max_in, frame_depth_in, leg_count, column_stages, motor_count, frame_layout

Load labels

comparison_load_lb, static_load_lb, lifting_load_lb, capacity_lb, published_load_label

Sources & navigation

product_url, related_path, source_urls

Known limitations

  • Frame height is not automatically finished desk height. A selected desktop, floor, feet, control box, and assembly can change the usable result.
  • Static, lifting, capacity, and comparison labels are kept separate. They are not a combined monitor-arm, walking-pad, wobble, or high-position stability test.
  • Unknown means the cited source did not establish a reliable value. It is not a pass, a recommendation, or permission to substitute a guessed dimension.
03

Portable monitors dataset

Portable-monitor comparison data

Exact portable-monitor and attachable-screen rows for screening display, inputs, power path, touch, weight, stand or mounting type, and Mac/iPad notes.

9

data rows

Last reviewed

Official source boundary
Arzopa, ASUS, Lenovo, Mobile Pixels, SideTrak/Luxor, and ViewSonic product pages plus official support documents listed in each row. Each row keeps its source URL field so a citation can point to the exact model or configuration.

Field categories

Identity & type

slug, name, merchant, kind

Display

size_in, resolution, resolution_tier, aspect_ratio, refresh_hz, brightness

Inputs & power

inputs, power_path, power_notes

Physical setup

weight_lb, weight_notes, stand_type, stand_notes

Platform fit

touch, touch_notes, mac_support, mac_notes, ipad_support, ipad_notes

Sources & navigation

official_url, support_urls, related_page, image_slug

Known limitations

  • A USB-C connector does not guarantee video, power, or a particular refresh rate. The exact host port, cable, driver path, operating system, and monitor input still decide.
  • Mac/iPad fields record documented routes and cautions, not universal compatibility. Apple display limits and model-specific behavior remain outside this CSV.
  • Brightness, touch, stands, and weights are transcribed claims. WorkChoose did not measure image quality, stability, cable behavior, durability, or delivered weight.

Citation guide

Cite the row, then cite the original source.

The CSV is a transparent convenience layer, not a replacement for the manufacturer's current product page or manual. A good citation tells readers which snapshot and exact row you used, then gives them the official source to verify the fact.

Suggested citation pattern

  1. 1Name the dataset and exact model/configuration row.
  2. 2Link the CSV file and the WorkChoose data page.
  3. 3Include the row’s official_product_url, product_url, or official_url (and support_urls/source_urls where relevant).
  4. 4State the snapshot date: reviewed September 3, 2026.
  5. 5Keep the original caveat and do not turn Unknown into a claim.

Attribution and license scope

Official source trail

Start with the manufacturer page behind each row.

These are the product pages and official documents represented in the current CSV source fields. Links can change, regional listings can differ, and a live source always wins over a stale copy.

License and reuse

Reuse the WorkChoose structure with attribution.

The database structure, field organization, row selection, and file layout in these files are offered under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). The plain-text notice states the exact scope and a suggested attribution.

Use the files to ask a narrower question.

The charts calculate from published fields; they do not certify a purchase. Recheck the exact model, current source, assembly, room, platform, and manual before acting. Unknown remains unknown until a reliable source answers it.
