Yes, when the exact iPad Pro supports the chosen display path and the cable, monitor input, and power plan match. Current USB-C and Thunderbolt iPad Pro models support wired displays. Lightning-era models require an adapter and are a different workflow.
Can one USB-C cable power a portable monitor from iPad Pro?
